FEBRUARY – The Grilled Cheese Experience
Join numerous restaurants as they each take on their own rendition of the popular comfort food during the month of February for the 9th Annual Grilled Cheese Experience. This event in support of FOOD For Lane County, donates $2 for every sandwich sold! Enjoy a large variety of classic, bold, adventurous, and many other grilled cheese creations. Make sure to grab a GCE Passport at any participating restaurant for a chance to win prizes while you eat! Five sandwiches purchased gets you one entry.
FRIDAY – Friday Laser Shows!: Queen & Metallica
The Eugene Science Center is featuring Queen and Metallic for its Friday Laser Show this week. This electric show costs only $7.50, and is a great excuse to enjoy the classicness of Queen, and the crunchiness of Metallica during a visually stimulating experience.
SATURDAY – Winter Farmers Market Opening Day
From 10 AM to 2 PM on Saturday, February 4th, the Lane County Farmers Market is back for it’s winter opening day. With a wide selection of locally produced food, it’s the perfect stop this weekend to find seasonal items, and support local farmers and food artisans!
SATURDAY – Gentle Joyful Workout with Shine Self Care Club
Join Shine Self Care Club‘s body-positive group fitness instructor Kali this weekend for a Gentle Joyful Workout. Shine Self Care Club was created to be a space of inclusivity, where anyone can join this beginner-friendly, heartening workout. The 1 hour class takes place at Core Star Center at 12 PM every Saturday, with a suggested cost of $10.
SUNDAY – Paint and Sip with Alejandro
Thinking Tree Spirits is the destination this Sunday from 3PM to 5PM, to let your creativity and bottles flow! Sip with the provided drink ticket while you paint along with the instruction of Alejandro and provided materials.
