What’s Happening In Eugene This Weekend For February 23rd-26th

EUGENE, OREGON — Check out these fun events happening this weekend in Lane County!

THURSDAY – J BOOG at The McDonald Theatre

J Boog is performing at the McDonald Theatre on Thursday, February 23rd, at 8 p.m. J Boog is a top modern reggae artist with multiple hit records. Likkle Jordee also joins for an opening performance. This is an all-ages event for the general floor of the theatre, with a 21+ reserved seating balcony with select drink options. Grab tickets to enjoy a night of reggae.


FRIDAY – Laser Shows!: Elton John & Lizzo

The Eugene Science Center’s Friday Laser Show features the music man Elton John, and the shinin’ Lizzo this week. Laser Elton John starts at 7 PM, and Laser Lizzo starts at 8 PM. Tickets for each show are $7.50, and can be purchased online or at the door.


FRIDAY – No Vacation with Wabie

The band No Vacation is stopping at The WOW Hall in Eugene this Friday night while on their West Coast Tour. No Vacation is based out of Brooklyn, New York and are known for their surf-pop sound. They are joined by special guest Wabie- a solo act and producer. Tickets are $20, and the event is all-ages.


SATURDAY – Family Day at The 85th Oregon Logging Conference

The 85th Oregon Logging Conference is happening this Saturday at the Lane Events Center. This is a free family day filled with fun and education. Meet Smokey the Bear, eat free popcorn, and enjoy numerous crafts such as building a bird feeder. This conference starts at 9 AM and runs until 2 PM.


SUNDAY – Painting Party

This Sunday in Springfield, Vino and Vango is hosting a painting party from 2 to 4 PM. Paint Echinacea flowers with the guidance of a skilled artist instructor. Bring your favorite snacks and alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages to enjoy while you create your own masterpiece!
