It has come to our attention that the Register-Guard is allegedly stealing our content and article concepts to use as their own. We have spoken to the Editor-in-Chief and attempted to speak to the individual doing this to us but with no avail. We hope that you continue to support our volunteer run publication that is backed by the passion of our writers as we continue to investigate further.
FRIDAY – Sophistafunk at The Big Dirty
Sophistafunk is performing at The Big Dirty this Friday, May 12th, at 9 PM. The unstoppable Funk Hip-Hop dance party Sophistafunk, will be joined by special guests SiMPLE, as well as local musician Rortron! Early Bird and Advance tickets are available now for $10 and $15. Doors open at 8 PM, tickets are $20 at the door, and this event is 21+.
FRIDAY – Friday Laser Shows!: Nirvana & Led Zeppelin
The Eugene Science Center is putting on a laser show this Friday, May 12th, from 7 PM to 9 PM. This laser show includes music from both Nirvana and Led Zeppelin. Tickets are only $7.50 for each, so don’t miss this vibrant show full of grunge and classic rock!
SATURDAY – Mother’s Day Makers Event
Make high quality Mother’s Day gifts and do fun crafts this Saturday, May 13th. Wildling Collaborative Arts is hosting A Mother’s Day Makers Event! from 11 AM – 3 PM. Spend time with the mother/mother figure/caregiver in your life and take home your lovely creations. Tickets are available now to secure your spot in each of these makers stations!
SATURDAY-SUNDAY – Spring Marketplace
Willamalane is hosting a Spring Marketplace at the Bob Keefer Center this Saturday and Sunday, from 12 PM – 5 PM each day. Have lunch and then browse locally-crafted handmade goods in this unique Spring Marketplace. Spring decor and gifts, such as birdhouses, garden art, home decor, plants, and more, will be available.
SUNDAY – Mother’s Day Paint & Sip
Join Vino and Vango on Mother’s Day for Paint & Sip. Paint Monet’s Tulips, sip champagne, eat chocolate, and enjoy an afternoon with your mother/mother figure. Tickets are available now, so you can relax, laugh, and sip while you create your masterpiece with the help of your skilled artist instructor!
