EUGENE, OREGON — Check out these fun events happening this weekend in Lane County!

THURSDAY – Reggae Shock Out

This Thursday, June 29th from 9 PM – 2 AM, The Reggae Shock Out is happening at The Big Dirty. Dance to reggae, dancehall, soca, Afrobeats and more! Also, enjoy Thursday’s special: Thirsty Thursdays, where specialty cocktails are discounted. This event is 21+, and there’s no cover fee!


FRIDAY – A Queer Revue

On Friday, June 30th from 8 PM – 1 AM, the Community Center for the Performing Arts will be proudly hosting a Queer Revue at the WOW Hall. This event is in conjunction with HIV Alliance, Transponder, PRIDE, and Queer Eugene. This revue will include comedy, drag, and a dance party! Tickets are $10 in advance, $15 at the door, and there is a clear bag policy in place. All-ages are welcome!


SATURDAY – Bloody Mary Bar

Heritage Distilling Co. is hosting a Bloody Mary Bar this Saturday, July 1st from 11 AM – 2 PM. Personalize a Bloody Mary with hot sauces, seasonings, and garnishes for just $12! Can’t make it this weekend? Come back any Saturday to the Whiteaker location to enjoy this Blood Mary Bar!


SATURDAY – Skate Party

Let’s Roll during a Skate Party at the Bob Keefer Center this Saturday, July 1st from 2 PM – 5 PM. BYO roller skates, in-line skates, rollerblades, or rent skates for $3 when registering. Admission is $7 if you’re in-district, and $10 if you’re out-of-district.


SUNDAY – Summer Suncare

Learn about skin and its basic needs, sun exposure, and aftercare this Sunday, July 2nd from 1 PM – 3 PM. Herbalists Without Borders Eugene is hosting this Summer Suncare event at the Mountain Rose Herbs Mercantile Annex. HWB Eugene will be creating a few of their favorite suncare remedies that you can sample and learn how to make yourself. Attendance is free, and donations are accepted towards providing care to underserved neighbors and pitching in where disaster strikes.
