FRIDAY – Costume Contest & A Live Show

A spooky celebration, costume contest, and live show are happening at Sam Bond’s Garage this Friday, October 27th at 9 PM. Show off your Halloween Costume after The Whiteaker Hot Club kicks off the fun. Get on stage after to showcase your creativity. Winners and prizes will be presented during a set by Molasses. This event is 21+, and the cover is $5.

FRIDAY – Spooky Cocktail Class

Sip Champagne and Dessert Bar is hosting a Spooky Cocktail Class this Friday, October 27th at 6 PM. A ticket gets you a night of fun learning how to make spooky cocktails on your own, garnish your creations, use dry ice as a way to elevate your drinks and parties, and craft your very own origami fortune teller. This event is 21+.

SATURDAY – Science Uncensored: Bones & Botanicals

Enjoy a 21+, adults-only night at the Eugene Science Center to celebrate Halloween this Saturday, October 28th, from 6 – 10 PM. Science Uncensored: Bones & Botanicals is full of fun activities and exhibits, as well as a costume contest, and laser shows: Laser Stranger Things 4 & Halloween Laser Spooktacular. Food and alcoholic drink tickets are included with every ticket purchased.

SATURDAY – Landscaping with Native Plants Workshop

Landscaping With Native Plants: A free workshop with Andrea Halliday, OSU Master Gardener is happening this Saturday, October 28th from 9 AM – 12 PM. Learn how to create habitats for birds and pollinators, and why native plants are so crucial to supporting biodiversity. Discover ways native plants can help you meet your gardening goals and support our fragile ecological systems.

SUNDAY – Mushroom Festival 2023

This Sunday, October 29th, from 10 AM – 5 PM, celebrate all things fungi at Mount Pisgah Arboretum. The 2023 Mushroom Festival has cider pressing, a scarecrow contest, a line-up of musical acts, arts and crafts, food, and one of the largest displays of mushroom species on the West Coast. Advance tickets are required, those 12 and under don’t need a ticket for admission, and Arboretum members get admission free.
