EUGENE, OREGON — Check out these fun events happening this weekend in Lane County!
FRIDAY – Barbie Dance Party
A Barbie Cosplay Dance Party is happening at Cowfish this Friday, November 17th, starting at 9 PM. A costume contest with cash prizes will be held for the best Barbie, and the best Ken. DJ SPOC-3PO will be spinning glamorous mixes of bubblegum, dance-pop, and bumpin’ hot girl music. This event is 21+ and the cover is $8. Anyone dressed as Barbie or Ken gets free entry!
FRIDAY-SATURDAY – Holiday Arts Festival
A Holiday Arts Festival is happening this weekend at WCC, from 10 AM – 5 PM on both Friday the 17th, and Saturday the 18th. Holiday arts and gifts will be available for purchase. There will also be live art demos, music, dancers, and food. Create your own holiday decorations, the first 10 participants can create a decorative wall tree for free!
SATURDAY – Plant Sale & Swap
Old Nick’s Pub is hosting a Plant Sale and Swap this Saturday, November 18th, from 11 AM – 4 PM. Shop vendors, get free stuff, donate something to the swap table, and grab something of your own! No outside food or drink, enjoy Old Nick’s delicious food and drinks to help support this free event!
SATURDAY – Oregon Football Watch Party
Join Hop Valley Eugene in the Barrel Room for an Oregon Football Watch Party this Saturday, November 18th at 1:00 PM kick-off. The game will be on the big screen projector where you can see the Duck Game in great detail! Enjoy gameday Appetizer specials, drink specials, BOGO free on merch, and kids eat free.
SUNDAY – Jewelry Workshop & Happy Hour
Dani with Moon Jelly Jewelry will be leading a Crafting With Wire Workshop on Sunday, October 19th, from 1 – 3:30 PM. Make a pair of earrings during this instructor-guided lesson, and with your spare time afterwards create your own jewelry using crystals, beads, and copper. This event is happening at the Heritage Distilling Tasting Room, where they’ll be offering $2 off drinks and food for participants of this workshop.
